Glovoy is a small team. There's no support ticket system to disappear into. Emails go directly to the founder and the people who built the app. We reply, usually within one working day.

What you might be writing about

Before you email about a bug

  • The email address registered on your Glovoy account
  • Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 17.5)
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • A screenshot if you have one

For subscription questions: refunds for App Store and Play Store purchases go through Apple's and Google's refund flows directly. We can't process those, but we can guide you through it.
